Shipment Locations
StringShop ships to most locations worldwide. However, some restrictions may apply based on local laws and carrier limitations. Please verify that we ship to your location during the checkout process.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
StringShop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
For international orders, please be aware that customs duties and taxes may be applied by your local authorities. These charges are beyond our control and must be paid by the recipient.
Damages
StringShop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. StringShop is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
StringShop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer. Upon request, StringShop will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
Returns Due to Shipping Issues
If a package is returned to us due to shipping issues (e.g., undeliverable address, failure to pick up from access point), we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
